With the various trips done by our customers all over the country it is important we realise that anything can happen and when it does it good to know that Crichton Automotive provides free roadside assistance through JAA. Every customer is presented with a FREE JAA card valid for ONE YEAR. This JAA cards is done through Jamaica Automobile Association and is good islandwide, just call the number on the back of the card and give the location and the nature of the problem and a tow truck will be despatched to assist you immediately.

Another great thing about this card is that it is not limited to a particular motor vehicle but to the owner and as such assistance will be rendered to any vehicle once the cardholder is an occupant of the vehicle. The card also provides discounts of 5-20% at a number of businesses all over the island and it’s given to all Crichton customers for FREE.


JAA Membership Benefits

The JAA has since 1924 provided various vital services to its members and the larger Jamaican public. Using cutting edge technology, the JAA team is able to provide single car or fleet owners with the ability to effectively monitor the whereabouts of their vehicles at all times.  This service can also:
